Where We Began
LRM Security was founded in Kendal, Cumbria, and built from the ground up by Lyndon Montgomery, who served as Managing Director for over a decade. With over 20 years of industry experience, Lyndon helped shape the company’s early direction, values, and reputation.
What began as local door supervision services in the South Lakes quickly evolved into a trusted regional security provider known for dependable service, strong community relationships, and consistently high standards.
In 2025, after more than ten successful years leading the business, Lyndon sold the company, marking the start of a new chapter while leaving a lasting legacy that continues to influence our culture and approach today.

Under new ownership and strengthened senior leadership from 2025 onwards, LRM Security has entered a period of strategic growth and operational development.
